Google Apps Premier の更新案内が来ていた。
そういえば自動更新を off にしたのでした。

今年は更新するアカウントを減らすのだけれど、よくやり方がわからなかったので調べてみた。
Google Apps Premier 更新時にアカウント数を減らす方法は以下の通り。

You will need to click the Automatic renewal settings then you will
see the Changed the Term but first you need to delete that account
that you don`t wish to pay for. then go to the changed the terms. you
may not see these links till it get little closer to your expire date

まず、不要なアカウントを削除しておく。
その後、自動更新設定にする。

自動更新設定にすると、Change renewal terms のリンクが見えるようになる。
もしかすると、更新日が近くならないとこのリンクは見えないかもしれない。

Log in to your control panel.
Click Domain settings.
Click Account information.
In the Automatic renewal section, check or uncheck the box next to
Automatically renew my account on [month/day/year].
If you'd like to renew the Premier Edition with fewer user accounts
than your current subscription, please click Change renewal terms. On
the subsequent page, select the number of user accounts that you'd like to renew. You may not select a number below the current number of
created user accounts. You must first delete the excess accounts and
then return to Change Renewal Terms. Instructions to delete user

If you'd like to renew the Premier Edition with additional user
accounts, you can purchase additional accounts. Instructions to
purchase additional user accounts
Click Save changes.
Automatic registration renewals are processed through Google Checkout
on the expiration date.
